Coinciding with the final day of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, Coastal Roots Farm celebrates its sixth annual Sukkot Harvest Festival. The farm’s calling to cultivate healthy, connected communities through sustainable agriculture, food justice, and ancient Jewish wisdom is embodied in this year’s theme, “Renew & Reroot.” The family-friendly event includes a score of activities including Jewish learning workshops, farm and butterfly farm tours, a libation station, fermentation tastings, and more. There will also be a Kids Zone with several activities, including a flower crown making station.
