San Diego Zoo Global is “Zoomin’ On” — that’s the theme of the Zoo RITZ 2017 celebration. RITZ, as the spectacular Zoo bash is known, is one of the most beautiful parties in San Diego. The pre-party features exotic birds and animals, with longtime Zoo ambassador Joan Embery on hand each year to share stories and facts about the critters. Food during the cocktail hour is scrumptious and plentiful, and the Zoo grounds at sunset, twilight, and nighttime are conducive to total happiness. Guests are wowed when the gates open and the main dining and dancing areas are revealed. Staged outdoors in a specially art directed night-sky ballroom, all elements are designed for maximum joy.
