Del Mar Taste & Art Stroll

The Del Mar Taste & Art Stroll returns on Sunday, October 5. Presented by the Del Mar Village Association and the City of Del Mar, this family-fun event includes original artwork from local and regional juried artists, ticketed restaurant tastings, live music, “sip stops,” and a dog stroll for man’s best friend. The event opens with the free Art Stroll along Camino Del Mar, where from 10am-5pm guests can view and purchase original works. From 12-3pm, the creative focus shifts to the culinary arts. More than 22 Del Mar restaurants including Pacifica Del Mar, Jake’s Del Mar, Kitchen 1540, Shimbashi Izakaya, and Prepkitchen will awe attendees with samples and bites of their signature dishes. Taste participants can cast their vote for the “Tastiest Taste” at the Ranch & Coast booth and enter to win fabulous prizes. Taste Tickets are $25 before the event; $30 day-of. For an additional $10, guests 21+ can swing by any sip stop and sample 8 or more tasters of wine and local craft beer. Throughout the day, stages set up along Camino Del Mar and at various venues, including L’Auberge Amphitheater and Del Mar Plaza, will host some of San Diego’s best jazz, folk, rock and cover bands.
