Jill Courtemanche Millinery is hosting “Champagne and Chapeaux” events on Thursday evenings at her shop in the Cedros Design District to get you race track ready. Sip Prosecco while Courtemanche and staff help you pick — or even design — the perfect hat for Opening Day at Del Mar. The events are from 5-7pm on June 13, 20, 27, and July 11. Learn how to trim your own custom mini top-hat on Saturday, June 8 from 10:30am to 1:30 pm. The class is $195 per student. Private classes and appointments are also available.
