On Thursday, October 23, at 11:30am, Zandra Rhodes will show her enchanting collection of one-of-a-kind fashions together with talents and celebrities, in The Westgate Hotel’s Versailles Ballroom. The event begins with a Champagne reception, with the fashion show and luncheon to follow at noon.
