Italian Wine Dinner at Cucina Enoteca

On Thursday, November 6, at 6:30pm, Cucina Enoteca presents a delectable dinner paired with intriguing wines to benefit The Country Friends. Learn about Italy’s diverse varietals and regions while a sommelier leads you through each wine-paired course. Bid on unique, one-of-a kind wine-themed gifts during the silent auction, all fashioned from Rancho Santa Fe estate donations. Chef de cuisine Andrew Bachlier has created a special menu for The Country Friends and their guests including Brescianella Fresca Cannoli, Albacore Marinated in Porcini Dust, Muscovy Duck Breast, and more.
