Heart of San Diego Gala

UC San Diego’s Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center’s 17th Annual Heart of San Diego Gala will take place at the US Grant on March 1, and will celebrate the life of one of the center’s most enthusiastic and inspiring leaders, Duane Joseph Roth. The gala will also pay tribute to Zandra Rhodes, and will benefit cardiac rehabilitation at the Jacobs Medical Center, opening in 2016. Proceeds will be matched, dollar for dollar, through the Challenge for Jacobs Medical Center. In addition, UC San Diego Health System will also match proceeds (up to $650,000) to support Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center’s Valvular Heart Disease Program.
