French Flair Meets Pacifica Del Mar

Chef Pascal Vignau has joined Pacifica Del Mar, following his previous tenure at Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa and eight years as chef/owner of acclaimed Savory Casual Fare. Prior to founding Savory, Vignau was executive chef at the (formerly Four Seasons) Aviara Resort, which offered San Diego County’s only AAA Five-Diamond restaurant during his tenure.

 

Born in France and passionate about food that is both comfortable and approachable, Vignau’s simple yet contemporary comfort cuisine will pair nicely with Pacifica’s fresh dishes. “Since opening, Pacifica has been able to maintain its status as a prime restaurant, so I am excited to be a part of such a great place,” says Vignau. “I also look forward to sharing my extensive knowledge and passion for the culinary arts with existing and new guests,” he adds. “While the menu will maintain the classics, we will also be adding new dishes that speak to my simple, flavorful cooking style that I hope will surprise guests.” 858.792.0476, pacificadelmar.com
