PCI, Project Concern International, raised more than $600,000 at its 27th annual Hands Across Borders gala in support of its work to enhance health, end hunger, and overcome hardship around the globe. The event brought together more than 500 people at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa and was co-chaired by Haida Mojdehi, Julie Klaus, and Surinder Tayebi, all mothers whose children have traveled with The Bishop’s School to visit PCI’s work in India. The Hoehn and Zable families received PCI’s Legacy Award for their multi-generational support of international humanitarian projects.
