Main Man

The new man at the helm of The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is Jerome Strack, an hotelier with more than three decades of experience in the hospitality industry. A native of the Netherlands, Strack began his career at European hotels before moving to the United States where he has worked for many luxury properties, most recently with Warwick International, overseeing half a dozen high-end hotels in North America and the Caribbean. Strack seems especially suited for his new role in Rancho Santa Fe, given its equestrian roots. He has been breeding Arabian show horses and hunters/jumpers for the past 25 years.
