San Diego County Fair 4th of July Celebration

Fourth of July La Cove Fireworks
The La Jolla Cove fireworks is a tradition a quarter century in the making. The event promotes patriotism and community spirit through the presentation of a fireworks display and concert. Show starts at 9pm. (www.lajollafireworks.org)

Cusp Dining & Drinks Fireworks Viewing Party

Join chef Donald Lockhart and the Cusp team in the 11th floor, oceanview Starling Room from 7:30-9:30pm for an intimate cocktail reception-style viewing party. Coronado 4th of July 15K & 5K Run/Walk

Julian’s “Greatest Little Town” Parade
The Julian Fourth of July Parade is taking a great leap forward with this year’s 20th anniversary production. Clydesdale horses will clomp down Main Street, hauling a hitch occupied by Grand Marshal Richard Bailey and his family. Expect vintage cars galore, and numerous marching bands and performers. The parade steps off from the Julian High School parking lot promptly at noon. Arrive early for the annual flyover by vintage WWII aircraft.  (760.765.1857, www.julianparade.com)

Red, White and Boom! At Legoland California
The fireworks show begins at 8:30pm and features patriotic music with dazzling pyrotechnics. Kids can participate in water-balloon tosses, burlap sack races, and paper airplane contests. (california.legoland.com)

 

Fourth of July at Marina Kitchen

13th Annual Big Bay Boom Fireworks Show
Starting at 9pm, the show will consist of about 18 minutes of some of the most technically advanced fireworks. Artists will choreograph the four barge locations of pyrotechnics simultaneously to music broadcast live on The Walrus 105.7 FM. (www.bigbayboom.com)

4th of July Celebration Aboard The USS Midway Museum

SeaWorld July 4th Fireworks Celebration
At 9:30pm, with the beautiful orchestral music of SeaWorld San Diego’s newest show, Blue Horizon, the spectacular Into the Blue fireworks show provides an incredible pyrotechnic display high in the sky above in park. (www.seaworld.com)

 

Morning After Mess Beach Clean-Up

Brockton Villa

Set overlooking La Jolla Cove, ooh and ahh while watching unobstructed fireworks over the ocean this Fourth of July. Starting at 6pm, Brockton Villa will celebrate Independence Day with an annual seaside soiree, which includes a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres, an endless buffet of summer picnic fare, three complementary drink tickets, and prime seating for the spectacular La Jolla fireworks show.
