Holiday Giving Campaigns

This holiday season, consider supporting your favorite charities with gifts that change others’ lives immensely. Local nonprofit Tender Loving Canines Assistance Dogs has launched a holiday giving campaign to raise funds for the critical work of its volunteer trainers. Recent news reports have shared the alarming fact that the suicide rate among the nation’s active-duty military personnel has eclipsed the number of troops dying in battle. TLCAD’s dogs are specially trained to help veterans with unique needs related to PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and mobility limitations.
