This is a special formatted section for the October issue, so no substitutions are allowed.
All rates are net. Online pricing only valid for ads placed on this Web site via the order forms provided.
A proof will be emailed to the address provided on the order form for review only.
Any client-requested revisions will be subject to a minimum $50 fee.
Client is responsible for carefully reviewing accuracy of all information before submission. Image supplied should be 300dpi at the size to be printed (listed above). In the event the image supplied is larger and/or not proportional to the specified dimension required, only the portion of the image measured from the top left corner will print. In the event the supplied image is lower resolution than 300dpi at the specified dimension, pixelization is likely. Client assumes all responsibilty for image quality and for securing copyrights.
Logo art will be placed within the dimensions listed above. Note that it will be no taller than the max height, no wider than the max width.
