Lena Brion’s custom-built fireplace table radiates not only heat, but also beauty, function, and sheer design genius. This lounge-style dining table was intended to create a space-saving focal point for outdoor entertaining. Its practicality, durability, and ease of maintenance make it ideal for the year-round outdoor gatherings of SoCal residents. The table consists of four separately poured pieces of concrete that create a visually stimulating sculptural design. A gas line runs discretely up one leg and continues through the metal trough centered in the tabletop, providing all guests with the warmth of the fire and ample room for dining.
