Although Le Dimora moved to its current location in Del Rayo Village in Fairbanks Ranch in August 2007 from a 1,500-square-foot shop in Santaluz, the home furnishings and accessories store has already blossomed yet again. “We have recently completed an expansion, going from 5,000 square feet to 11,000 square feet,” notes co-founder Cindy Cerenzie. “We opened the new expanded area in late May and have had a great response from existing as well as new customers.” With eight interior designers on staff, the additional space has enabled Le Dimora to display its custom draperies and wood flooring, and has allowed for a larger outdoor furniture area, expanded design center, and many new lighter looks to go along with the store’s well known classic designs. Cerenzie adds, “The farmers’ market in the Del Rayo Village Shopping Center has given our store great exposure and we are now open on Sundays from 9:30 to 1:30.” In this case you really can’t have too much of a good thing.
