Fashionistas rejoice, as the first Salvatore Ferragamo boutique in San Diego will open at Fashion Valley this month. It will showcase the brand’s premier ready to wear collections (for both women and men) as well as shoes, handbags, luggage, belts, bijoux, silks, perfumes, eyewear, and small leather goods. Company president Vincent Ottomanelli notes, “An intellectual and creative community, the clientele in San Diego firmly understands and appreciates the qualities that define the house — luxury, style, tradition, and innovation.” Inside the boutique, polished stainless steel meets backlit glass, while custom Italian Mondrian Walnut and Tunisian stone flooring is complemented by plush wool rugs and newly fabricated furniture elements.
