2Good2B masterminds Mike Barbanti and Diana Benedek recently completed a remodel of the bakery and café. Homemade artisan loaves, muffins, cakes, and organic coffees are still available, but they’ve added fresh meals, hot-off-the-griddle breakfasts, and sandwiches. Among the additions are a Neapolitan-style pizza, quiche, gourmet chicken potpie, baked Mac-n-cheese, and soups. Living gluten-free doesn’t mean living life taste-free.
