In addition to more than 20 years of restaurant management experience, Delicias’ GM and sommelier Gino Campbell also has the impressive titles of Cellar Master from the University of Bordeaux and Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. With the recent addition of a 5,000-bottle wine cellar and his newly constructed wine program, Campbell is also launching Vino With Gino wine classes starting October 9, in which he’ll educate and share his love of wine with guests.
