The Grand Del Mar just celebrated the launch of Club M, a swanky, 1,130-square-foot space designed by architect Graham Downes that’s part restaurant, part nightclub, and part sports lounge. Enjoy a menu of global tapas (Club M Bacon Fries; Duck Confit Flatbread; Roasted Mussels with Chorizo) created by chef Ernie Lopez. A carefully selected list features 50 wines by the bottle and a dozen by the glass, spirits, beers, and signature martinis including Yellow Cake (Absolut Vanilla, Amaretto, pineapple juice), Gin and Jello (Hendrick’s, dry vermouth, cucumber jello), and more.
