A 5,000-bottle wine cellar at Delicias Restaurant boasts rare collectable wines with great vintages from California and all over the world. From wine flights and sommelier selections to wines by the glass and classes, guests will have more than one opportunity to savor fine vintages. “Our wine program will have many unique levels,” says GM/sommelier Gino Campbell. “I try to take all the mystery out of everything, especially on the imported side.” Campbell loves to teach about wine but firmly believes that wine is for pleasure, and pleasure only. “That is how it all started.
