The Manchester Grand Hyatt has just completed a multi-million dollar renovation, and is offering two wonderful ways to spend Thanksgiving overlooking San Diego Bay. From 11:30am-4:30pm, Lael’s is offering seasonal options including Jack Daniel’s Pumpkin Bisque, Pacific Oysters shucked to order, Alaskan king crab, Chef Kaz’s Sushi Station, Cider Brine Roasted Turkey and Tangerine Cranberry Chutney. Chandler’s Restaurant and Lounge at Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa
Hilton Carlsbad Oceanfront Resort & Spa will celebrate Thanksgiving in two delicious ways this year, as the hotel’s Chandler’s Restaurant and Lounge presents Thanksgiving Dinner with all the trimmings, or diners can order a fully-prepared Thanksgiving dinner to pick up and enjoy at home. From 11am-7:30pm, Chandler’s will feature a traditional American feast with an entrée of roasted turkey with all the trimmings, or optional selections of blue cheese-crusted beef tenderloin or crab-crusted sea bass. The three-course holiday dinner is priced at $52 or $54 based on choice of entrée and also includes a starter and dessert. An optional wine pairing is priced at $20 per person, and a holiday children’s menu is offered at $24 per child 10 and under.

Chandler’s will also offer gourmet Turkey-To-Go. This movable feast can be picked up on Thanksgiving Day and taken home to enjoy — warm, fresh, and fully-prepared by acclaimed chef Pascal Vignau. Turkey-To-Go is designed to serve a group of 16 people (or fewer, for those seeking fabulous weekend leftovers) and is priced at $250. The feast includes an 18-to-20-pound whole roasted turkey with all the trimmings, plus seasonal soup. The same dinner may be ordered on a per-individual basis and is priced at $22 per person.
