The Del Mar Village Association and the City of Del Mar presented the annual Taste & Art Stroll in downtown Del Mar. In addition to the art stroll, live musical entertainment, interactive art activities for kids, and pet stroll, the event also offered irresistible culinary creations by a number of fine local restaurants, many of which upped the ante this year. Standouts included Del Mar Rendezvous’ Five Spice Braised Beef, Kitchen 1540’s Philly cheese steak with spicy roasted pepper sauce atop a freshly grilled roll, and Americana’s savory duck quesadilla. Back by popular demand, Ranch & Coast hosted our Tastiest Taste Contest, and attendees voted for their favorite culinary offerings.
