Executive Chef Steven Patrick at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa, home to Twenty/20 Grill & Wine Bar, brings his love for fresh, vineyard-inspired flavors to this destination restaurant. He began his culinary training at the age of eight, helping in his grandmother’s kitchen, and worked for his parents’ restaurants before joining the resort’s opening team in February 2008.
The Twenty/20 Grill & Wine Bar is part of the sustainable food movement, sourcing sustainable, organic, and locally-grown produce. Popular nights include extended summer Thursday Night Tapas, where Chef Patrick can be seen at the grill on the patio. Beginning October 21, Jazz on the Half Shell Thursdays will offer an extensive raw bar. Twenty/20 Grill offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week and distinctive dining options for every holiday, special parties, and wine tastings.
