On February 2, Addison at The Grand Del Mar raises the sophisticated cocktail bar scene with its new Le Salon Menu. On the heels of Addison earning Gayot’s high distinction of being one of the country’s Top 40 Restaurants, executive chef William Bradley, who was also recently cited as a 2010 recipient of StarChefs Rising Stars Chef in San Diego, and his team present guests with their creative versions of Signature Cocktails and Signature Bar Bites — six of each and certainly not the usual bar drinks and food suspects. The new menu is available from 5-10pm; prices range from $16 to $19 for cocktails, and $13 to $17 for bar bites. (858/314-1900, www.addisondelmar.com)
