Iams Home 4 the Holidays (IH4TH) visited the New York Stock Exchange to raise awareness for pet adoption on Christmas Eve. Representatives of IH4TH, Helen Woodward Animal Center, and Ranch & Coast, along with Laura Nativo and her dog Preston Casanova from CBS’ Greatest American Dog, rang The Opening Bell with the help of some furry friends. Thanks to this year’s pet adoption drive, 1,363,638 orphaned pets are starting 2010 with new forever families. “Every year I’m inspired by the love and commitment I see as millions of people experience the joy of pet adoption,” says Mike Arms, IH4TH creator and president of Helen Woodward.   JANE SHIOMI
