Las Vegas’ Bellagio, recipient of ten consecutive AAA Five Diamond Awards, is bringing back its Epicurean Epicenter series. Culinary events are held in the property’s exhibition-style Tuscany Kitchen where three cameras capture shots of the chefs at work and broadcast them on 60-inch plasma screens mounted above the cooking area. Unlike traditional wine pairings where food is selected before the wine, Epicurean Epicenter dinners first select the vintages, and then the menu is created. Bellagio’s director of wine Jason Smith notes, “We look forward to this series offering exceptional moments to our guests as we educate them on the purpose behind each pairing.” (866/406-7117, www.bellagio.com)
