PEERS (Philanthropy, Entrepreneurism, Environment, Relationships & Social Endeavors) presented its second annual gala at a private residence in Rancho Santa Fe to help support the Tariq Khamisa Foundation, dedicated to transforming violence-prone, at-risk youth into nonviolent, achieving individuals who make positive choices in their lives, and creating safe and productive schools.
