The 16th Annual Gold Diggers’ Hats Off to San Diego took place at The Prado and was themed Balboa Park: Then and Now. Nearly a dozen nonprofit organizations created eye-catching and entertaining hats to parade before the luncheon crowd. Proceeds benefited Meals-on-Wheels and the Museum of Photographic Art.
