A celebration toasted the fourth San Diego culinary installment by Enlightened Hospitality Group, helmed by Brian Malarkey and James Brennan. The intimate Point Loma space offers “Portuguese-esque seafood bar” cuisine. Executive chef and partner Chad White doles out ocean specialties with a heavy focus on shellfish.
