In its 15th year of benefiting UC San Diego’s Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center, the Heart of San Diego Gala honored Wendy Walker and Randall Woods. CNN chief medical correspondent Sanjay Gupta served as emcee. Funds raised will underwrite the purchase of a new da Vinci Surgical System for the performance of robotic, minimally-invasive cardiovascular procedures.
