Bluwater Crossing in Carlsbad hosted a VIP event to preview the new development adjacent to Poinsettia Coaster station. Bluwater Crossing is a transit-oriented, mixed-use community featuring live/work lofts and town loft homes. Guests met and mingled and enjoyed cocktails, music, and a tour, along with presentations by guest speakers Brad Perozzi, Kevin Andraded, and Darin Schoolmeester from Trammel Crow Residential, as well as Carlsbad Mayor Claude A. “Bud” Lewis.
