David and Rebecca Vigil opened their new home in Rancho Santa Fe to celebrate the opening of California Bank & Trust’s new office in the village. Guests met and mingled with bank executive Sandra Redman and real estate consultant Scott Union while enjoying hosted hors d’oeuvres and drinks.
