The Tribute to Women & Industry Awards recognized honorees, their employers, and members of the local business community while benefiting the YWCA of San Diego County. Attendees enjoyed a summer-themed lunch and were inspired by entrepreneur and motivational speaker Linda Armstrong Kelly as well as former S.D. news anchor Carol LeBeau.
