The Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute presented Speakeasy, Hidden In Plain Sight at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa to support groundbreaking biomedical research. Guests stepped back in time to the 1920s with co-chairs Malin “Bugsy” Burnham, Conrad “Capone” Prebys, and Denny “Blue-Eyes” Sanford. Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute conducts world-class collaborative research dedicated to finding cures for disease.
