The Mayor of the City of Del Mar, Richard Earnest, spoke in honor of Veterans Day to 50 Rotarians and long-standing Del Mar residents at Morgan Run. He addressed “What it Means to be a Veteran in Public Service” and informed the group of the state of the city.
