A New PATH (Parents for Addiction Treatment & Healing) hosted a party at the beautiful Rancho Santa Fe home of Kenyon and Kathy Clark, to honor addiction recovery advocates and to thank participants and sponsors of PATH’s sixth annual Strut for Sobriety! awards ceremony and fashion show. Co-founder Gretchen Burns Bergman, president of the board of directors Caroline Stewart, Strut for Sobriety! co-chair Colleen Ruis Jackson, patron party chair Joann Clark, honorary chair Barbara Brown, and event emcees Rory Devine and Geni Cavitt all addressed the crowd. Strut for Sobriety! celebrates recovery from alcohol and drug addiction and honors individuals for their efforts to reduce the stigma of addictive illness. Margaret Dooley-Sammuli, Deputy State Director of the Southern California Drug Policy Alliance, who is one of the four 2010 Path to Recovery honorees also spoke.
