The San Diego Natural History Museum was transformed for the All That Glitters Gala, which celebrated the opening of the museum’s blockbuster two-year exhibition All That Glitters. Guests enjoyed culinary masterpieces by Jeffrey Strauss of Pamplemousse Grille. Peter Duchin and his orchestra provided dance music. Pam Slater-Price of the County Board of Supervisors was honored as the “Jewel of the County” and chair of the honorary committee, the “Jewels of Balboa Park.” Ellen Zinn of Rancho Santa Fe served as gala chair.
