Suze Orman, celebrity personal finance expert, was the featured keynote speaker at the third annual Your Best Year Ever luncheon to benefit The Jenna Druck Foundation’s Young Women’s Leadership Program. The benefit’s mission was to inspire women to become leaders in their own lives, starting with their finances, and to raise money to help young women in San Diego County to do the same. Following her keynote address, Orman led a Q&A session with the audience. Ken Druck, founder of The Jenna Druck Foundation, was in attendance, along with George Chamberlin, money advisor for NBC 7/39 and the business editor and host of “Money in the Morning” on KOGO Radio. One-hundred percent of the event proceeds are being donated to directly benefit thousands of young women leaders whose lives are impacted each year by the Young Women’s Leadership Program.
