Turner Construction Company, San Diego and T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. broke ground on Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQs) Packages 4 and 7 at Camp Pendleton. Both projects are anticipated to receive LEED Gold certification upon completion, and are part of a multi-billion dollar expansion at the military base that is bringing thousands of jobs to the area.
