Jean Purcell hosted a tea for 25 past chairs of the Charity Ball, the longest running charitable event in San Diego, at her lovely Point Loma home. Marlene Shook heads up Floral Fantasy, the 101st Charity Ball on February 13 at the Hotel del Coronado. The ball benefits the Acute Care Pavilion at Rady Children’s Hospital.
