On June 2, at 6pm, the San Diego County Medical Society presents its annual White Coat Gala at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine. The event benefits the SDCMS Foundation and its flagship Project Access San Diego program that provides specialty healthcare services to uninsured San Diego County residents. Robert E. Wailes, MD will be acknowledged for his service as immediate past president, and guests will participate in the installation of the incoming SDCMS president Sherry L. Franklin, MD. The evening includes dinner and dancing to the Haute Chile band, and celebrates 142 years of healing. Kimberly Hunt is mistress of ceremonies and Bill Menish is auctioneer.
