Pay tribute to the veterans in your life — on the momentous day of 11/11/11, from 6-9pm, Fluxx will toast to all our veterans and military while raising awareness about the unfortunately high number of local homeless veterans. Veterans Day Bash 2011 will feature a red, white, and blue patriotic theme, and will benefit five nonprofit organizations combating San Diego homelessness and homeless vets in particular. Beneficiaries include the Caridad Foundation, Veterans Village, UPLIFT Triple Cross, Salvation Army, and the Isaiah Project. The night will also include hosted cocktails and appetizers, auction prizes, and maybe even a visit from Uncle Sam himself!
