On Friday, April 29, from 7-10pm, A New PATH (Parents for Addiction Treatment and Healing) presents “Musical PATH to Recovery” to celebrate its 12-year anniversary. At NTC Promenade — Corky McMillan Events Center at Liberty Station, PATH will honor NAMI’s Peer Counseling Program for Co-Occurring Disorders, Stepping Stone of San Diego, Inc., San Diego Second Chance Program, and McAlister Institute Treatment & Education, Inc. Event co-chairs are PATH president of the board of directors Caroline Stewart, LCSW, and Donald Stewart. Tom O’Donnell, PATH co-founder, will serve as honorary chair. Geni Cavitt and NBC 7/39’s Rory Devine are guest emcees. The event includes a silent auction, awards ceremony, concert by Southwestern Community College Concert Choir, and a feast of chocolate and desserts.
