On Saturday, October 17, the 9th Annual HDSA Celebration of Hope Gala takes place at the Manchester Grand Hyatt and is destined to be San Diego’s biggest star-studded sports celebrity fundraiser of 2009. Sports celebrities including Mike Tirico, Jon Gruden, Ron Jaworski, Michele Tafoya, Suzy Kolber, Norv Turner, Philip Rivers, Shawne Merriman, and Don Coryell will participate in an evening of football fun to entertain and enlighten guests through stories, videos, and audience interaction. Highlights include the opportunity to celebrate Don Coryell’s 85th birthday and to meet ESPN’s MNF broadcast team as well as other sports celebrities, live and silent auctions, cocktails, dinner, and more.
