The Downtown San Diego YMCA presents its fourth annual fundraiser gala on Friday, August 14, aboard the USS Midway Museum, with all proceeds set to benefit the organization’s Youth Outreach Programs to build strong, healthy communities throughout San Diego County. The evening will include guided Midway tours, a gourmet dinner, a hosted premium bar, a silent and live auction, a live band, a dazzling display of fireworks, and dancing. Known for its community outreach, the YMCA of San Diego County provides numerous services to children, individuals, and families around the county, offering to keep the local youth involved and out of trouble, while also providing the opportunities, knowledge, and skills necessary to become positive members of society and achieve their goals.
