La Jolla Music Society presents SummerFest Gala 2009, titled A Midsummer Night, on Friday, August 14, at The Robert Paine Scripps Forum at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Chaired by Annika Kovtun, with Jay and Lael Kovtun serving as honorary chairs, the gala will feature a Champagne reception, an intimate performance by SummerFest artists, dinner by Jeffery Strauss’ Pamplemousse Grille, and dancing. Proceeds benefit education, outreach, and artistic programs of La Jolla Music Society.
