Save the date for Saturday, September 10, when the first responders of Fire Station #9 will be honored at a community celebration dedicated to raising funds for the revitalization of their home-away-from-home. La Jolla residents Sally and Greg Ricchiuti will host the late-summer cocktail party, set to take place from 6-10pm, at the picturesque La Valencia Hotel. Enjoy dinner and dancing to the music of Wayne Foster, along with the opportunity to meet 50 firefighters in uniform. Tickets are $225 per person and can be purchased online.
