The San Diego Center for Children will celebrate its 124th year at its annual gala, themed “Glee at the Grant,” on May 12, at the US Grant Hotel downtown. Chaired by Doreen Shonbrun and Kathleen Stoughton, this signature event raises critical funds for essential programs for center children, including counseling, mental health treatment, and schooling, as well as music, art, and recreation programs. Honorary chairs are Peter, Olivia, Michael, and Lisette Farrell, and honorees are Laurel and Donald McKahan.
