The Board of Trustees of the Zoological Society of San Diego and the R.I.T.Z. committee present the 27th annual gala on June 19. Titled A Night In Paradise, this year’s Rendezvous In The Zoo will feature Joan Embery and animal friends, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, dinner, and dancing. Proceeds will benefit the San Diego Zoo’s tropical conservation programs in Hawaii and the Caribbean. Event co-chairs are Jesse Knight and Joye Blount.
