On Saturday, April 10, from 7am-12pm, the Rock Church will deploy approximately 3,500 volunteers to various areas in the City of San Diego to bless our communities. Eager volunteers will be in Balboa Park, working hard in areas like Morley Field, the Starlight Bowl, Inspiration Point, Florida Canyon, Gold Gulch, and the Laurel Street Bridge. Volunteers will also be in Encanto and Chollas Creek in southeastern San Diego landscaping, painting, collecting trash, and otherwise cleaning things up. The 2nd Annual Community Clean-Up, sponsored by the Rock Church, is being planned in partnership with the office of San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders.
